Job Description:

As part of the Lead Planning Analyst role, your accountabilities will be as follows:

• Ascertaining medium to long term capacity requirements of the business and interpreting these into meaningful business plans to support our stakeholders in decision-making processes.
• Building and administering capacity models from 8 weeks to 5 years.
• Producing MI reports, analyzing and interpreting data for stakeholders, and presenting this information to gain buy-in based on proposals.
• FTE tracking and ensuring data accuracy across Planning, Finance, and HR.
• Actively participating in the achievement of the Operational Planning mission statement: ‘Foster an efficient environment where engaged people deliver superior service.'
