What this job can offer you: This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Sales Planning Analyst within our Rev Ops and Acceleration team. We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged senior analyst to join our team. As one of the first members of the Sales Planning & Compensation team, you will have the opportunity to build and establish processes for all areas of ownership. In this role, you will be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations by providing analyses, reporting, and insights in support of our quarterly and annual sales planning processes. You should have the ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively and efficiently, and be excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you bring:
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company.
- Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning processes, including territory management and quota construction.
- Relevant experience and a solid understanding of go-to-market design & sales planning as well as sales compensation design & analytics.
- A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
- A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
- Expertise and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience interacting and collaborating closely with Leaders at the VP level.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a reliable, accurate, and streamlined process for building and deploying quarterly quotas.
- Be a strategic business partner to the Director of Sales Planning & Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations, providing insight, analysis, and support on quarterly goal-setting, quota construction, territory management, headcount planning, and ad hoc requests.
- Work with business partners to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to optimize sales productivity.
- Provide analysis and support to key stakeholders in Sales Leadership.

- Location: You need to be in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa due to regulatory requirements.

Remote Compensation Philosophy: Remote's approach is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and equitable pay along with competitive benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent hiring. The salary range for this full-time position is $40,887 USD to $93,373 USD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions. This range is subject to change.
