Robert Half is excited to partner exclusively with our client, a vibrant and growing business based in Central Bristol, in their recruitment of an FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. This role involves interrogating data, identifying trends and insights, and supporting decision-making and initiatives. It is a position not to be missed!

The salary offered is up to approximately £50,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights through scenario modelling and analysis to assess business performance
• Profitability reporting
• Variance and trend analysis, identify gaps in the forecast, and improve rolling forecast accuracy
• Support the annual business planning process through critical review of performance
• Assist the wider business on change programmes and improvements, driving change with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain data within the business modelling system to ensure accuracy and integrity of information
• Manage risks and opportunities
• Define KPIs to assess business performance and collaborate across the organisation to drive improvement

About You:

• Finalist or qualified accountant
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel (modeling), with ideally experience in Power BI or dashboard tools
