Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior CTO / Infrastructure Domain Architect to shape and govern foundational technology architectures. You will lead a global team of Solution Architects and drive secure, scalable, and resilient platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will partner with CTO/CIO leadership, Cyber Security, Risk and Operations to ensure architecture standards, risk controls and regulatory compliance are embedded in strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Architecture roles across infrastructure, integration and platform technologies.
• Strong people-management and capability-leadership experience.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Experience in secure and resilient system design and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define domain strategies and target architectures across Integration, Network & Hosting, Data Technology, Transactional AI, Digital Workplace.
• Lead and develop architecture capability and governance across D&T.
• Ensure architectures are secure by design and resilient by default.
• Provide executive technology advisory to CTO, CIO and senior leadership.
