Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Candidate Support Coordinator to guide candidates through the British Army recruitment journey. The role connects regional recruiters with candidates, maintaining records, and driving process improvements to enhance the overall experience.

This is a full-time fixed-term position until 1 March 2027, based in Upavon, United Kingdom. The team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth recruitment process.
