Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and Teams interviews.
• Manage candidate registrations and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create candidate profiles and support consultants with live vacancies.
• Work closely with Compliance Officers to ensure candidate files are complete.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
