Responsabilités

• Tracking patient pathways and coordinating appointments and investigations.
• Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure timely investigations, diagnoses and treatment.
• Escalating pathway delays where appropriate and maintaining accurate records on Trust systems (PAS, Somerset Cancer Registry, and other databases).
• Enter accurate data into the Patient Access System (PAS) and Somerset Cancer Database following policies and Consultant instructions.
• Contribute as an active member supporting the delivery of Trust objectives and compliance with Clinical Governance and Risk Management standards.
