Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a patient navigator to track each patient's pathway in line with national guidance and to ensure accurate data entry into the Patient Access System and Somerset Cancer Database.

You will support the delivery of Trust objectives, contribute to Clinical Governance and Risk Management standards, and use specialist cancer systems such as Somerset for pathway tracking, data entry, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a patient navigator, tracking each patient’s pathway in line with national guidance.
• Enter accurate data into the Patient Access System and Somerset Cancer Database, following patient access policies and Consultant instruction.
• Contribute as an active member supporting the delivery of Trust objectives.
• Support the Trust’s compliance with Clinical Governance and Risk Management standards.
• Use specialist cancer systems such as Somerset for pathway tracking, data entry, and reporting.
