Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Blackpool, Lancashire, is offering an NHS AfC Band 4 permanent full-time administrative role (37.5 hours/week), with a Monday–Friday pattern. You will support the Local Cancer Multidisciplinary Team Meetings, prepare MDT lists with radiology and pathology data, and track the patient journey to meet Cancer Waiting Times targets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with hospital information systems, and ability to work

Qualifications

• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Educated to A Level or equivalent.
• Experience with hospital information systems (HIS/RIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support for cancer MDT meetings.
• Produce MDT lists with clinical information for discussions.
• Ensure case notes and results are available for MDT meetings.
• Liaise with consultants and MDT members to identify patients for discussion.
• Maintain attendance and documentation for MDT and PTL processes.
