Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a clinical setting.
• Accurate data entry and record keeping for patient pathways.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple hospital departments to avoid delays.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support to the Local Cancer MDT meetings.
• Proactively monitor and track the cancer patients to meet waiting time targets.
• Arrange appointments and investigations in a timely fashion with other departments.
• Input all patient journey data onto the SCR Cancer Register and related systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with management to improve patient pathways.
