Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an MDTC Administrator to track and manage referrals and treatment data for cancer patients, ensuring timely diagnosis and treatment within national guidelines.

The role involves maintaining accurate tracking systems, producing weekly reports, and liaising with MDT Navigators across SWL network for timely treatment of patients.

Qualifications

• Five A-C GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience of data collection.
• NHS experience or relevant administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Track Two-Week Rule referrals to ensure prompt diagnosis and coordinate appointments.
• Update tracking systems daily to record benign or malignant diagnosis.
• Collaborate with Clinicians, Nurse Specialists and schedulers to identify new cancer patients.
• Track newly diagnosed patients to ensure treatment within national timescales.
• Produce breach reports and support reporting procedures with CSU/CCG.
• Support management in delivering waiting times workshops and data audits.
