Job summary

EF Manchester International Language Campus is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to join our busy campus. You will be the first point of contact for students and staff, ensuring a welcoming and well-run environment, and supporting welfare and experience.

You will handle student intakes, registrations, tours, travel and visa issues, attendance tracking, and liaise with sales for enquiries. This is a permanent, full-time role with accommodation provided (optional) and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and reception skills.
• Experience in a busy service environment.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact for student and staff enquiries and welcome visitors.
• Coordinate student intakes, welcome packs, and weekly registration.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students and assist with booking changes.
