EF Manchester International Language Campus is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to greet students and staff, manage onboarding, and run a welcoming campus experience. Youll handle registrations, tours, and inquiries, while supporting travel and visa insurance issues and helping maintain a lively, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage reception and front-desk duties efficiently.
• Experience coordinating campus events or student services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service from reception for students and staff.
• Facilitates student intakes and welcomes new arrivals.
• Conducts campus tours for visitors and prospective students.
• Responds to inquiries via email, phone or in-person and manages bookings.
• Monitors attendance and supports registration and daily operations.
• Assists with travel, visa insurance issues and related claims.
• Maintains a clean, professional reception area and supports KPI targets.
