Job summary

The University of Derby seeks a Security Team Member to help keep campus sites welcoming, safe and secure. You will advise on security matters across several sites and lead security teams in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run across early, day and late periods between 06:00 and 22:00, totalling 37 hours per week. Applicants must already have right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, safe and secure environment across university sites.
• Lead and support security teams to deliver high-quality services.

• Conduct investigations into incidents and compile comprehensive reports.
• Advise site users on security matters across multiple locations.
