Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead, support and develop a team of Security Officers on client sites across the Peckleton area. You will manage rotas, cover absences and holidays, monitor performance, conduct 1-1s and maintain high standards to ensure smooth security operations.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, strong communication skills and the ability to work across day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a clear history.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage performance, priorities and change.
• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Security Officers.
• Manage rotas and ensure full cover for absences.
• Monitor performance, conduct 1-1s, maintain standards.
• Oversee incident reporting and ensure procedures compliance.
• Maintain site documentation and training records.
• Act as first contact for operational issues and escalations.
• Ensure effective use of CCTV, access control, and alarms.
