Job summary

ICTS (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead a team at a busy university campus. You will work with the Regional Manager to ensure service delivery meets client requirements and manage systems for rotas, monthly reports, budgets and payroll.

Expect on-site leadership and hands-on duties as needed. Key responsibilities include rostering, training, and performance management, with on-call duties 24/7 and occasional night/weekend site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Five years' checkable history and references.
• Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to required standards.
• Good IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the operation at the set location and manage staff per policy.
• Ensure rosters comply with the working time directive and ICTS procedures.
• Maintain and update training records and ensure annual appraisals.
• Prepare monthly invoices and provide financial reporting.
• Liaise with local Emergency Services and client representatives.
• On call 24/7 and handle out-of-hours issues.
