Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee security across multiple locations in the UK. You will lead the security team, implement policies, and ensure the safety of people, property and assets while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires proven leadership, knowledge of security systems and strong communication skills. You will recruit and train staff, monitor incidents, manage budgets, and liaise with clients to sustain excellent service

• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor, investigate, and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage security budgets as required.

About The Role:

WORKING HOURS - 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday with a 1 in 6 duty manager rotation
