Job summary

Stripe is seeking a University Recruiter to shape and grow our campus program. You will own the full lifecycle of university recruiting, drive a diverse pipeline, and partner with engineering and business teams to build early-stage talent initiatives.

You will plan campus events, manage onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for graduates and interns across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional yet friendly.
• Proven ability to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline.
• Data-driven approach to identifying trends and improving processes.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to shift tasks as the company scales.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% during peak cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Stripe's engineering org to build the foundation of our early-stage university program.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for new graduates and interns across multiple roles and offices.
• Develop relationships with university groups and student organizations to design school-specific strategies.
• Plan and execute campus events focusing on early engagement, education, and branding.
• Screen candidates to ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
• Drive a positive candidate experience for graduates and interns considering Stripe.
• Build and iterate on the year-round internship program with teammates and stakeholders.
• Support interns from hire to full-time conversion and share data-driven updates.
