Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with Stripe’s engineering organization to build the foundation of our early-stage university program.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for graduates and interns across multiple roles and offices.
• Build relationships with university groups to design school-specific strategies and strengthen Stripe’s campus brand.
• Plan and execute on-campus events focusing on early engagement, education, and branding.
• Screen candidates and ensure a consistent and inclusive hiring process.
• Drive a positive candidate experience for graduates and interns considering Stripe.
