Job summary

Hudson River Trading in London is seeking an ambitious Recruiter for our Campus Recruiting team. You will source top technical talent on campuses across EMEA, drive data-informed hiring decisions, and manage interview processes to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will also build strong intern relationships, collaborate with hiring managers on profiles and interview standards, and plan campus recruiting events. A high-touch, impactful role within a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting, campus sourcing, or related roles.
• Experience with campus recruiting and university relations.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses across EMEA.
• Utilise data to drive efficiency across the recruiting process and campus strategy.
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to execute efficient interview processes.
• Lead candidates through the interview process with a strong candidate experience.
• Build relationships with interns and support intern evaluation and programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and interview standards.
• Identify key campus stakeholders and position HRT as a top employer for students.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruiting events at campuses.
