Job summary

Victoria College of Arts and Design is seeking a Head of Campus and Student Outcomes in Manchester to provide academic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching and assessment while driving improvements in student outcomes. You will monitor performance, uphold standards, and coordinate delivery across campus with the Directors and professional services teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in HE with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading and managing academic teams and operations.
• Proven ability to monitor data, identify risks and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with HE regulatory requirements and OfS expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and operational oversight for the Manchester campus.
• Monitor campus performance, maintain academic standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to improve student continuation, completion and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Directors, Deputy Deans and services teams to deliver enhancements.
• Oversee timetabling, resource allocation and staff development.
