Job summary

University Academy 92 in Manchester seeks a senior leader to head Student Outcomes. You will align data, academic practice and student experience to improve continuation, completion and graduate outcomes, while narrowing gaps between groups.

You will lead the Student Outcomes team, engage cross-institutionally and translate insight into measurable actions for the Executive Team and partners.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in higher education outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate data into action to improve student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of OfS and UK regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Student Outcomes team and coordinate across academic areas and professional services.
• Take strategic ownership of continuation, attainment and graduate outcomes.
• Drive action from insights to reduce outcome gaps and improve NSS responses.
• Report to Executive Team, Board and Lancaster University on progress.
