Zusammenfassung

Victoria College of Arts and Design is seeking a Head of Student Experience to lead all student-facing services onsite at Canary Wharf, London. You will shape strategy, ensure wellbeing and employability support, and drive data-informed improvements for retention and progression.

The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight, and strong collaboration with Directors and academic teams to meet OfS obligations and widening participation commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a senior student services leadership role within a UK higher education provider.
• Knowledge of UK HE regulatory environment, OfS registration, and B3 student outcomes obligations.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive strategic service improvements.
• Strong leadership and people management across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff and external partners.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering value for money.

• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement a coherent Student Experience strategy across campuses.
• Student Support and Wellbeing: oversee inclusive, technology-enhanced student services and wellbeing.
• Retention and Outcomes: design data-driven strategies to improve continuation, progression and outcomes.
• Employability and External Engagement: lead employability strategy and partnerships with industry.
