Jago Consultants is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician for a college in Bishop Burton. You will be the first point of contact for staff and students, logging issues and delivering solutions to keep ICT services running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware and software, supporting campus systems, telephony, CCTV and Wi-Fi, and participating in an on-call rota. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

Experience in troubleshooting IT issues across hardware/software
Proven ability to install and configure hardware & software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience working in SLA-driven environments

Responsabilidades

Log IT calls and respond within the SLA.
Provide campus-wide IT support for staff, students, conferencing events and external clients.
Assist in collecting information for licenses and registers.
Test and deploy new software; troubleshoot hardware and software as required.
Support college systems & infrastructure (telephony, CCTV, Wi-Fi).
Build and replace hardware; install and configure software.
Participate in IT events and in on-call rota (1 in 5).
Attend 1:1s and PDRs with Line Manager.
