E-ACT Ousedale School - Olney Campus is seeking a Site Officer to provide essential operational support, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained campus for students and staff. You will oversee site security, lighting, heating systems, cleaning and general maintenance, with responsibilities spanning plant equipment and porterage.

Strong attention to safety and record-keeping is essential. Salary £29,542–£32,046 per year; full-time and permanent.

Qualificações

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Maintenance/trade qualification or willingness to work towards.
• IOSH or recognised Health and Safety qualification.
• Experience of caretaking and cleaning duties.
• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel between sites.

Responsabilidades

• Complete statutory and routine testing to manufacturers’ standards; keep records updated using suitable software (boilers, sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting).
• Maintain security across academy premises, including alarm systems and liaison with security services.
• Install, maintain or repair minor works (plumbing, joinery, painting/decorating, plastering, electrical work).
• Identify and report repairs or maintenance needs requiring action.

Formação académica
