NU London seeks a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join the University Facilities team in London. You will conduct daily campus checks, liaise with contractors, manage space layouts, and support the Senior Facilities Officer to maintain a safe, high-quality campus environment for students and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or training in health and safety (IOSH/NEBOSH) is desirable.
• Experience in a physically demanding facilities or support services role.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication; liaising with contractors.
• Experience across multiple sites or buildings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Confidence with new systems and procedures.

• Conduct daily campus checks with health and safety focus.
