ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an enthusiastic Workplace Host to support on-site events and activations across the campus. You will be central to planning, delivering memorable experiences for colleagues, clients, and guests, and you’ll ensure events reflect the client’s brand and values.

You’ll thrive in fast‑paced environments, be detail‑oriented, and bring a personable touch to every interaction while coordinating planning, setup, and vendor onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, organised and professional.
• Team player with a proactive, energetic approach.
• Works well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Support event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboarding.
• Confidently use systems like Condeco and E-permit.
• Assist with event admin, bookings, and communications.
• Host pop-ups, activations, and campus-wide events (incl. out-of-hours).
• Ensure safe, high-quality event environments.
• Respond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similar.
