Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an Event Executive to support the Curated Experience Manager in planning and delivering on-site events and activations that energize the campus. You will be at the heart of experiences, creating warm, memorable interactions for colleagues, clients, and guests, and act as a welcoming ambassador of the client’s brand and values.

We value a positive, proactive mindset, creativity, and an ability to tailor recommendations based on feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, organised, and professional.
• Team player with a proactive, energetic approach.
• Works well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Support event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboarding.
• Confidently use systems like Condeco and E-permit.
• Assist with event admin, bookings, and communications.
• Host pop‑ups, activations, and campus‑wide events (incl. out-of-hours).
• Ensure safe, high-quality event environments.
• Respond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similar.
