Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Client Service Manager to join Barclays account in London. You will be at the heart of the meeting and events experience, acting as a key contact for clients and ensuring warmth, professionalism and attention to detail throughout every interaction.

You’ll manage the customer journey from enquiry to delivery, coordinate meetings and events, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while driving commercial outcomes in a premium corporate

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience within a fast-paced hospitality, events, catering or sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of meetings, conferences, events and premium hospitality.
• Experience building relationships with senior-level clients and decision makers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
• Manage meetings, events and special functions from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop knowledge of client preferences to provide personalised service.
• Promote facilities and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Be highly visible and proactively resolve challenges.
• Capture customer feedback and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the wider ISS team and support other London locations.
• Contribute to sales growth and financial targets.
• Champion a positive, inclusive One Team culture.
