Job summary

AMS Skills Creation is partnering with the ONS to recruit leaders for a Census Test project across university campuses and halls of residence in the UK. You will lead a team of up to eight officers, coaching them to perform effectively and work independently, with travel within the assigned area and reimbursement of expenses in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Leadership, supervisory or coaching experience.
• BPSS eligibility checks (identity, right to work, employment history; and criminal record checks).
• Reliable wireless broadband connection at your home address.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of Census Test Officers (University) to achieve project objectives.
• Plan workloads, monitor progress, and ensure field activities are delivered to safety, security and data quality standards.
• Monitor progress and performance against operational targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members.
• Maintain accurate records and use digital systems to manage activity.
