Job summary

Reform UK is seeking two Technology & Training Managers to join our team (one in the North and one in the South). They will deliver face-to-face campaign training, with one day per week at Westminster HQ and three to four days on the road across their assigned area.

The role requires excellent communication, organisational abilities and a strategic mindset, along with a genuine passion for developing others and understanding politics.

Qualifications

• Deliver campaign training with excellent public speaking
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver Campaign Training across assigned area
• Coordinate monthly Campaign Training sessions with Senior Campaign Managers
• Assist branch officers with campaigns and technology related questions
• Work with Councils to ensure electoral registers are uploaded monthly across your assigned area
