Job summary

Reform UK is seeking a Local By-Election Manager to oversee nationwide local by-election campaigns from our Westminster HQ. The role focuses on coordinating candidates and volunteers, maintaining administrative consistency, and delivering timely campaign materials in line with national strategy.

The successful candidate will work across regional teams, travel to support by-election campaigns nationwide, and bring strong organisational and communication skills to drive results across the UK.

• Manage the end-to-end administrative process, including overseeing candidate paperwork and compliance as well as reports to senior party leadership.
• Coordinate with regional campaign teams and branches to ensure sufficient volunteer deployment.
• Ensure there is strict adherence to legal and electoral requirements.

Position: Local By-Election Manager

Location: Westminster (Full-Time Contract)

Role Overview
The Local By-Election Manager is responsible for overseeing all Reform UK local by-election campaigns nationwide. This role ensures the effective coordination of candidates and volunteers, maintains administrative consistency, and guarantees timely delivery of campaign materials. The postholder will work closely with regional campaign teams to ensure local campaigns are professionally run and aligned with national strategy.
While this role is based at our Westminster HQ, the ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and get out on the ground to support by-election campaigns nationwide. You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK.
