Campaign Lab in London is seeking an experienced project manager to drive a varied programme spanning research, technology, community building and public trust initiatives. You will shape and manage complex, fast-moving work with rigour and pragmatism.

The role is hybrid, offering three days in the office and cross-functional collaboration across priority areas, including stakeholder engagement, budgeting and mentoring others as needed to advance Campaign Lab's mission.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience managing budgets and handling financial information.
• Strong relationship management skills across diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of projects across Campaign Lab’s priority areas.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and workstreams.
• Identify and manage risks and adjust plans as needed.
• Keep the team focused in a fast-moving environment.
• Support leadership in planning and prioritising work.
