Reform UK is seeking two Technology & Training Managers to join our team (one in the North and one in the South). They will deliver face-to-face campaign training, with one day per week at Westminster HQ and three to four days on the road across their assigned area.

The role requires excellent communication, organisational abilities and a strategic mindset, along with a genuine passion for developing others and understanding politics.

Reform UK is seeking two highly organised Technology & Training Managers to join our team (one in the North and one in the South). They must excel in communication, organisation, and strategic thinking, possessing a genuine passion for developing others as well as a strong understanding of politics. They must be able to deliver engaging campaign training content to support the growth of the party.

With 62% of Reform UK members having never been a member of a political party, we have passionate volunteers who are keen to learn how to deliver high quality election campaigns. You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK. The majority of this role will be delivering face to face training, so you must be prepared to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Campaign Training for Reform UK across your assigned area
• Work with Senior Campaign Managers & Campaign Managers on making sure monthly Campaign Training sessions are held
• Assist branch officers with campaigns and technology related questions
• Working with Councils to ensure the electoral registers are uploaded monthly across your assigned area
