You will help plan and coordinate website projects, online platforms and digital installations, working with Producers and digital creatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role demands excellent organisation, client-facing communication, and strong writing and spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with online technologies and CMS systems.
• Strong writing and spreadsheet skills.
• Knowledge of website project lifecycles, Kanban and sprints.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee development of websites, online platforms and digital installations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution.
• Act as first point of contact for client support.
• Monitor and report on project health.
