Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a detail‑oriented Campaign Production support role in Manchester. You will assist with project co‑ordination, administration, trafficking, and reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on time.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Creative Studio, and Production to manage briefs and track progress, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring high standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a production, project coordination, or administrative role.
• Understanding of creative and production processes is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support the Campaign Production team in delivering projects from briefing through to completion.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal documentation for Creative Studio teams.
• Co-ordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate project timelines and flag changes or risks to senior team members.
• Chair weekly resource meetings to plan upcoming resource for pipeline jobs.
• Traffic briefs, assets, and deliverables between teams; ensure correct routing and scheduling.
• Manage job setup and updates within systems (Storyteq and Monday).
• Track asset delivery and ensure correct formats for each channel.
• Maintain project trackers and status reports; set up weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, notes, and follow-ups; support finance processes with CS team.
