Campaign Manager, Northern Region/MEA/ANZ (f/m/d)

We are Thinkproject, seeking an experienced, hands-on Campaign Manager for the Northern Region to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement through localized campaigns.

What your day will look like
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Ownership: Take full responsibility for driving regional demand generation aligned to business objectives. Ensure campaigns directly contribute to pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated regional campaign plans that balance global direction with local priorities. Evaluate sales demands, market dynamics, and buyer needs to shape campaign strategy. Plan ahead while maintaining flexibility to address ad-hoc requests and opportunities.
- Content & Creative Development: Adapt and localize global messaging into compelling, regionally relevant stories. Partner with product marketing, communications, and creative teams to create original high-quality regional content. Ensure all assets align with Thinkproject’s brand and support storytelling that resonates with buyers.
- Execution Across Channels: Lead multi-channel campaign delivery across digital, paid media, email, social, webinars, events, and ABM. Create campaign asset content (short-form: LP, email, ad copy, briefs, etc.) and align campaign messaging across all assets. Drive implementation in partnership with channel owners, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Optimization and Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to sales and leadership. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns in real time and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Build strong alignment with regional sales leaders, keeping them informed of plans and results. Act as a connector across Product Marketing, Content, and Communications to ensure unified go-to-market execution. Communicate effectively with both execution teams and leadership, managing expectations and priorities.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management or demand generation, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of developing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong verbal and written storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to connect solutions to customer needs.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution across digital, social, events, and account-based marketing.
- Deep knowledge of marketing channels and the ability to design and deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with AI tools for copy, content creation, and campaign execution is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize, plan ahead, and manage competing demands.
- Analytical mindset with a history of measuring and reporting campaign impact.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional regional language is a plus.
