Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Buckinghamshire CAMHS Single Point of Access team in Aylesbury. You will process referrals, handle confidential information, take calls and craft correspondence to families, while supporting data input to improve care delivery.

The role requires excellent communication, strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and a calm, responsible approach to busy workloads. On-site at Sue Nichols Centre.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Calm, kind and responsible with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and manage administrative tasks for CAMHS SPA.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
• Take calls and format/send correspondence to young people and families.
• Gather and input data from new referrals to support SPA operations.
• Liaise with parents, professionals and young people to coordinate care.
