Warwickshire Police OCC in Warwick Technology Park is recruiting Communications Officers for intakes in 2027. You will calmly take calls, gather information, and provide appropriate advice, with decisions on dispatch as needed.

The role offers a structured progression toward controller positions and a comprehensive training program. You’ll work 37 hours per week on rotating day and night shifts, with a generous benefits package and vetting.
