Job summary

ARETE Learning Trust is seeking reliable and organized Exam Invigilators to support fair and proper examination conduct across its schools. You will set up rooms, manage entry and exit, distribute papers, monitor students, and report irregularities while following strict rules.

As part of the exams team, you will contribute to a safe, orderly exam environment and assist with emergency procedures as needed, helping to ensure high standards across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procedures.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during exams.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow strict rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam rooms in line with exam board regulations.
• Ensure students enter and exit in an orderly manner.
• Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
• Supervise exams to maintain a calm, compliant environment.
• Report irregularities and assist with emergency procedures.
• Complete attendance registers and incident reports.
• Work with the exams team and other invigilators.
