Job summary

Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to support the delivery of examinations. You will supervise students, prepare rooms, and ensure rules and procedures are followed to protect exam integrity.

The role emphasizes calmness, vigilance, and clear communication with staff and students. The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team within Maiden Erlegh Trust, contributing to a trustworthy examination environment and upholding safeguarding and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during examinations, maintaining a calm and orderly environment.
• Ensure examination instructions are followed accurately.
• Prepare examination rooms, seating plans, materials and equipment.
• Distribute, collect and account for examination papers and materials.
• Maintain vigilance and respond to any irregularities during exams.
• Complete attendance registers and incident reports accurately.
• Promote appropriate behaviour and ensure compliance with examination rules.
• Monitor wellbeing and report safeguarding concerns as required.
• Support access arrangements and reasonable adjustments for fair exam access
