Job summary

Elliott Recruitment Solutions in Redditch is seeking a Call Centre Assistant Team Leader to manage a busy outbound calling team and drive sales from warm leads. You’ll coach colleagues, monitor KPI performance and support the team in delivering a first-class customer experience.

The role focuses on organising diaries, booking appointments for Field Sales Advisors and ensuring targets are met, while remaining customer-focused and professional in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, call centre or telephone-based roles.
• Ability to motivate others and step into a team leader role.
• Strong communication, listening and empathy to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested contact.
• Build rapport and understand each customer’s individual needs.
• Qualify enquiries and book appointments for Field Sales Advisors.
• Manage and maintain busy diaries for the field sales team.
• Reconfirm and reschedule appointments as needed to optimise routes.
• Help drive towards targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Deputise for the Team Leader, motivate the team and monitor KPIs.
• Act as full team leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
