Job summary

Stellantis &You is seeking an automotive call centre operative based in the UK Midlands region. The role requires at least 1 year in a similar automotive call centre role, with parts distribution or automotive logistics experience.

You will handle customer calls, provide parts expertise, and upsell where appropriate, contributing to high levels of service and customer satisfaction. The position involves working within the National Parts Hub network, using IT tools to access product information,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an automotive call centre or similar role.
• Experience in parts distribution or automotive logistics.
• Proficient with computer systems, databases, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in OE & Aftermarket products offered to customers.
• Demonstrate good communication and telephone manners with upselling ability.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and accurate estimation.
• Build relationships with customers to win sales and improve margins.
• Handle calls in a timely manner and support promotions and campaigns.
• Utilise business data to identify opportunities across customer types.
• Suggest improvements to processes to increase efficiency and service.
• Support development and implementation of profitability strategies.
• Provide technical and logistical assistance and handle customer requests.

Job description

We’re ideally looking for an automotive call centre operative with a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role within the Stellantis or different automobile network. (Must be in Parts distribution or Automotive Logistics) or satisfy an assessment defined by the supplier which is supervised by the Academy. You will have demonstrable parts experience along with computer skills, including experience of operating database packages, email and internet. Working in this critical customer facing role, our call centre operatives are key to our National Parts Hubs. They are the first point of contact for our customers over the telephone so it’s vital they provide a welcoming experience. Our customers expect a high level of service and parts expertise and we don’t like to disappoint!
