Job summary

Dräger in Blyth is seeking a Calibration Technician to support the FGDS Workshop with calibration, stock control and manufacturing tasks. You will work within a team focused on traceability, quality, and lean principles to maintain efficient workshop operations.

The role requires familiarity with SAP and MS Office, manual handling, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate stock and project documentation. A counterbalance forklift license is desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ3, ONC/HNC or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with other departments regarding stock and delivery status of orders.
• Control stock movements in and out of the workshop using SAP/Qtrak and project programmes ensuring stock is allocated correctly.
• Prepare project drawings and label packs for technicians.
