Dräger in Blyth is seeking a Calibration Technician to support the FGDS Workshop with calibration, stock control and manufacturing tasks. You will work within a team focused on traceability, quality, and lean principles to maintain efficient workshop operations.
The role requires familiarity with SAP and MS Office, manual handling, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate stock and project documentation. A counterbalance forklift license is desirable.

The primary focus of the Calibration Technician is to support the FGDS Department with the smooth running of the workshop in calibration, general manufacturing and stock control duties.
The tasks and responsibilities below are typical of the duties the postholder will be expected to perform. It is not necessarily exhaustive and other duties of a similar nature and level may be required from time to time.

Size of team/environment - Working in a team of 6 technicians, you are supported by several functions including project engineering, project management, project documentation, customer management and our resource planning team. Our workshop is on ground level, is well lit, with air conditioning and a fundamental focus on safety and product quality.
