Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a skilled Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support development of future motorcycle models and global market expansion. You will contribute to advanced engine control systems, including drive-by-wire and traction control, while ensuring compliance with evolving emissions standards.

The role involves producing ECU calibrations, emissions testing, data collection, and evaluating drivability and system functions to deliver high-performance,

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English at C/4+ or higher
• Higher-level engineering qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience calibrating engine management systems and MC systems

Responsibilities

• Produce ECU calibrations for motorcycle models
• Emissions test motorcycles to validate standards
• Test vehicle evaporative emissions
• Collect logged data of system operation

We’re looking for a skilled Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of our future motorcycle model ranges and expansion into global market. You will contribute to the development of advanced engine control systems, including Drive-by-Wire and traction control, while helping deliver compliance with evolving emissions standards.

• Strong understanding of engines
• Basic electrical knowledge,
