Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles in Hinckley, England, is seeking a talented Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer with MBSE experience to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems team, shaping next-generation motorcycle architectures.

You will capture requirements, develop system architectures, define CAN/LIN networks and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver robust solutions.

Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, we are seeking a talented Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems team.

Working on the development of next-generation motorcycle technologies, you'll play a key role in defining system architectures, requirements and feature functionality across a range of exciting vehicle programmes.

About You

• Experience in Systems Engineering or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Strong understanding of requirements management and system architecture development
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and deliver practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within automotive, motorcycle, aerospace, defence or other complex engineering environments would be advantageous
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN and systems integration would be beneficial

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week- Monday- Friday
