Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles Limited, based in Hinckley, seeks a Graduate Calibration Engineer or related roles to support development of future motorcycle ranges. You will contribute to engine control systems, including Drive-by-Wire and traction control, and help ensure emissions compliance.

The ideal candidate has solid engine knowledge, basic electrical skills and a methodical calibration approach, with maths/english GCSEs and higher engineering qualifications or relevant calibration experience.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English required, plus higher engineering qualifications or calibration experience.
  • Strong engine understanding and basic electrical knowledge are essential.
  • Analytical thinking and a methodical calibration approach are required.

  • Produce ECU Calibrations

We’re looking for a skilled Graduate Calibration Engineer, Calibration Engineer or Senior Calibration Engineer to support the development of our future motorcycle model ranges and expansion into global market. You will contribute to the development of advanced engine control systems, including Drive-by-Wire and traction control, while helping deliver compliance with evolving emissions standards.
