Responsibilities

Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
Resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult enquiries to a Manager.
Ensure food is prepared and stored according to Health & Safety standards.
Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
Follow standards for quality, speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
Adhere to restaurant performance standards and shift directions.
Be aware of goals and targets of the restaurant and contribute toward them.
Maintain kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations including restocking.
