Job summary

Tesco Cafés is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations in a busy cafe environment. You will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage the cafe with the Manager in their absence. The role offers flexible working options and a clear path for development and progression within Tesco’s cafe network.

You will oversee opening/closing, training, and coaching of team members, while maintaining safety standards and delivering a welcoming experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality with Team/Shift Leader experience.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Health & Safety and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
